We recommend starting with a free consultation where our coaches can assess your current fitness level, goals, and running experience. Based on this evaluation, we'll recommend the most suitable program to help you achieve your specific goals.

Do I need any special equipment to join your programs?

The most important item is a good pair of running shoes that suit your gait and foot type. For beginners, this is all you need. As you progress, you might consider performance clothing, a running watch, and hydration gear, but these aren't essential to start.

Can I join if I've never run before?

Absolutely! Our Beginner Program is specifically designed for those who are new to running. We start with walk-run intervals and gradually build your endurance in a safe, sustainable way. Everyone has to start somewhere, and we're here to guide you through those first steps.

How often will I need to train?

Most of our programs include 3-4 running sessions per week, with additional optional strength and flexibility work. The exact schedule depends on your goals and the specific program. We believe in quality over quantity and ensuring adequate recovery time between sessions.
