After enrolling, you'll receive a welcome email with program details and a link to complete a comprehensive runner questionnaire. This helps us understand your background, goals, and any specific needs. You'll then be matched with a coach who will schedule an initial consultation (in-person or virtual) to discuss your training plan. Your personalized program will be delivered within 48 hours of this consultation, and you can begin training immediately.
Yes, we understand that sometimes a program may not be the perfect fit. If you find your current program too easy or too challenging within the first two weeks, you can switch to a more suitable program at no additional cost. After the two-week period, a small administrative fee may apply. Your coach will also make ongoing adjustments to your existing program to ensure it remains appropriately challenging as you progress.
The most essential item is a good pair of running shoes appropriate for your foot type and running style. Comfortable moisture-wicking clothing is also recommended. For tracking purposes, we suggest a sports watch with GPS capability or a smartphone with a running app. As you progress to more advanced programs, additional items like a heart rate monitor may be beneficial but are not required. Your coach will provide specific recommendations based on your individual needs and goals.
