No, our gift cards never expire. The recipient can redeem them at any time for any of our programs or services.

Can gift cards be used for any program?

Yes, gift cards can be applied to any of our running programs, workshops, merchandise, or coaching services. If the value of the gift card is less than the program cost, the recipient can pay the difference. If it's more, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use.

How will the gift card be delivered?

You can choose between two delivery options: 1) Email delivery, where we send a digital gift card directly to the recipient's email address, or 2) Printable PDF, which we email to you so you can print and give it personally. Both options include your personal message and redemption instructions.

Can I schedule when the gift card is delivered?

Yes, you can select a future delivery date during the checkout process for email delivery. This allows you to purchase a gift card in advance and have it delivered on a special date like a birthday or holiday.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. However, if there's an issue with the delivery or if the gift card hasn't been sent to the recipient yet, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
