Our main facility is located in Sydney CBD. We also conduct outdoor training sessions at various locations around Sydney, including Centennial Park, The Domain, and along the Sydney Harbour foreshore. The specific meeting points for outdoor sessions are provided when you register for a program.
Yes, we offer comprehensive online coaching programs for clients who can't attend in-person sessions or live outside of Sydney. Our online programs include custom training plans, video analysis of your running form, regular check-ins with your coach, and access to our online community of runners.
